Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options:

• 2-Day Delivery (Two business days)
• Next-Day Delivery (By end of next business day)
• Saturday Delivery (Most areas) Available on orders placed between 7:00 pm EST Thursday and 7:00 pm EST Friday.

Saturday Delivery

“Saturday Delivery” guarantees a part ordered after 2:00 am EST on Thursday and before 5:00 pm EST on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday. 

How Much Does It Cost?

• If you place an order on Thursday and choose 2nd Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
• If you place an order on Friday and choose Next Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
• Guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available for standard ground shipping.
• The carrier will only make one attempt to deliver on Saturday.
• This service is not available in all areas.
• A1A Racing cannot be held responsible for delivery interruptions.

International Shipping

Yes, we do offer international shipping! But there are a few things to note:

• The international shipping price will be advised via email after order has been placed.
• Restrictions and/or additional fees may apply based on weight, size, contents, delivery time, or location.
• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by country of delivery.

Shipping Exceptions

There are some exceptions to our shipping policies such as:

• Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground at an additional $30.99 per item.
• Oversize fees between $9.99 to $69.99 will be charged on items of a certain size or weight as indicated on their product pages.
• Additional delivery days may apply to hazardous items, mounted tires & wheels, oversized items, truck freight items, and select zip codes or remote delivery areas as determined by the carrier.
• Truck freight will be used to ship items that are too large for standard service (Includes delivery to the destination address).

Delays

• Many of our Manufacturer are having difficulty keeping up with the strong demand.
• A1A Racing is dedicated to providing the best customer service available.
• We will work hard to provide alternate substitutes where needed. 

Backorder Policy

Occasionally, inventory items can be out of stock. If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer’s line that is in stock to ship immediately and communicate the available options. If that is not an option we will either dropship or backorder the part based on availability.

Note: Product availability and shipping times may vary with manufacturers. All drop ships and backorders are ground shipped. 

• Please contact us by phone before your order is processed.
• We are unable to cancel orders after processing.
• Do not use email to cancel, we may not receive your request in time.
• Once an order is processed and you want to cancel / modify, the transaction will be treated as a return.

Return/ Exchange Policy

• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date in original packaging.
• Returns will be subject to a $10.99 processing and restocking fee.
• All returns are subject to inspection.

Restrictions

• Any part that shows signs of wear, mishandled, installation, and repackaged.
• Custom or personalized products

Please note:

• Items that do not pass the inspection will be subject to the $10.99 processing fee or returned to the customer.
• Shipping is non-refundable
• Exchanges must be within refund period of equal value.
• Please contact us before returning an item. Items will no longer be returned without contacting us first via email or the online return process.
• Most returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Policy and Fees

Products that are more than 90 days old -OR- show evidence of wear or use are subject to a restocking fee. In most cases, the restocking fee will be charged according to the table below.

• No returns will be accepted past 6 months, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue
• All applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
• We reserve the right to adjust the fee amount based on the condition of the product and its packaging.
• All returned products are inspected.
• Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected.

These exceptions will be returned to the sender or disposed of, based on the customer’s preference.

We warrant (to the original purchaser) that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Most products are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty information (when available) can be found by clicking the “Warranty” link near the bottom of the part detail page. Warranty paperwork will also be included with your order.

Please note:-

• Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or improperly used by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.
• We reserve the right to charge a Restocking Fee or refuse any exceptions.
• Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturing defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.

The laws around charging sales tax for products have been evolving rapidly; due to a recent Supreme Court Decision, we must charge sales tax in your state. A1A Racing will collect sales/use tax only for invoices generated on and after October 1st 2018. All invoices from prior periods will not be affected.

• Use Tax: Use tax is similar to sales tax. The difference is who pays the state. When you are charged sales tax the merchant (A1A Racing) pays the sales tax to your state. When you are not charged tax on a taxable purchase you may be responsible for paying the use tax to your state at the same rate your sales tax is collected. For more information you should contact a Tax Professional or your states Department of Revenue.
• Sales Tax rate: The tax rate varies by location, and is in accordance with your state and local laws.
• Tax Exempt: Please e-mail your FLORIDA state exempt-sales certification to  accounts@a1aracing.com. The State of Florida does not recognize exempt sales certificates outside the state.
